FOUNDING BUSINESS is designed for larger hotels, resorts, professional hospitality businesses, portfolios, agencies and companies with more advanced requirements around growth, demand, sales, networking, processes, integrations and collaboration.

Included

• comprehensive MUNDAMO analysis of your current situation, goals, systems, markets, sales channels and existing potential
• in-depth opportunity assessment with prioritized growth, demand, sales, marketing, network and cooperation opportunities
• extended MUNDAMO Actions and implementation drafts for relevant Direct, Demand, Marketing, Business, Network and operational areas, where available
• analysis of existing systems and structured recommendations for retaining, connecting, supplementing or gradually replacing solutions
• consideration of multiple business areas, locations, offers or teams where this can be covered within the booked scope
• inclusion in suitable MUNDAMO Network, Opportunity, Business and Partner areas as they become available during the service period
• Founding Partner status for 12 months and access to the MUNDAMO functions and services included in the package as they become available
• early access to suitable new MUNDAMO areas during the Founding phase

Individual custom development, extensive integrations, large portfolios, enterprise requirements or additional done-for-you services may be offered separately. No specific revenue, bookings, customers, guests, savings or profits are guaranteed.

If MUNDAMO does not identify any concrete new growth, demand, sales or cooperation opportunities relevant to you during the first 12 months, you can request an additional 6 months at no extra charge. The Founding Terms and the participation requirements set out there apply.
