Transparent answers to the most important questions about your hotel voucher

What about children and/or extra people?

These can be booked upon request and may incur an additional charge. In many hotels, children up to 6 years old stay free of charge in their parents' room, unless you request certain extras (such as a baby cot, etc.).

What about individuals or solo travelers?

Individuals can also use the voucher. Some hotels may charge an additional fee, such as a single room supplement.

What about pets?

Rules vary by hotel. Small, quiet dogs are often allowed.

What are special offers?

These are additional offers available from the service provider (outside the regular voucher program) to the basic service, which have other service contents, such as discount offers from hotels on the normal overnight price or overnight price including breakfast.

This means that you, as our customer, also benefit financially from the voucher. The hotel voucher code holder is only entitled to the basic service, but as our customer, they are also entitled to take advantage of the tour operator's additional special offers. These special offers are clearly marked in the hotel database/hotel description.
