The shipping conditions of the respective provider/service provider that are displayed at the time of purchase or in the article/service description and/or in the ordering process and that you accept with the purchase apply.
1. Shipping of digital goods such as hotel voucher codes
- Digital vouchers (e.g. PDF, email, download link) are automatically sent to the email address provided by the customer after receipt of payment.
- Delivery usually takes place immediately after successful completion of the order and payment, but no later than within 24 hours.
- Should there be any delays (e.g. due to technical problems, spam filters, incorrect email address), please contact us immediately at info@hoteldealer24.de.
- No shipping by post
- Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed during the ordering process.
2. Shipping costs
- The delivery of digital vouchers is generally free of charge.
3. Notes
- The customer is obliged to provide a correct email address and to check his email inbox (including spam folder).
- We assume no liability for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information or technical problems on the part of the customer.
