General cancellation conditions of Online Trade Marketing Ltd. for sales of own products - however, the cancellation conditions of the respective service provider / third-party provider (e.g. digistore24...) displayed at the time of purchase and accepted by you with the purchase always apply. In this case, you must address any cancellation to them and not to us!

A) Cancellation policy

Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, unless otherwise stated, without giving any reason. When withdrawing from a digital item, you must inform us upon request whether you have already used the item. For example, whether you have already registered a digital hotel voucher code with the service provider. After you have expressed your wish to withdraw, you will receive a corresponding email from us.

Right of withdrawal

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) received the goods (or, in the case of the purchase of digital content: the download link/code).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Online Trade Marketing Ltd., Tal 44, D-80331 Munich, email: info@hoteldealer24.de, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (preferably by email). Our postal address can be found in our legal notice.

You can use the sample cancellation form below, although this is not mandatory; a simple statement of cancellation by email is sufficient!

Consequences of revocation

If you legally cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you (including delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) no later than 14 working days from the day on which we agreed to the cancellation or declared it legally valid. For this refund, we will generally use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse reimbursement if the performance of the service has already begun (e.g. by registering a hotel voucher code9).

Returns of digital items (e.g. digital hotel voucher codes) are not possible because they are digital content that was transmitted via email, a messaging system or was made available as a download.

• As soon as you register/redeem a voucher code, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely, as the service was provided at your express request or the execution of the service has begun.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
• for the provision of services related to leisure activities (e.g. hotel or travel vouchers), if the contract stipulates a specific date or period for the provision (Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code);
• with consumers who are not resident in the EU at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole delivery address is also outside the EU.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for the following contracts:

• For digital content (e.g. vouchers as PDF or by email, hotel voucher codes by email or as download), if you expressly agree that the execution of the contract will begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period (e.g. by registering a code with the service provider) and you have confirmed your knowledge of the expiry of the right of withdrawal.

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

• the execution of the service (e.g. by registering a code with the service provider) was started with your express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period
• You activate the service yourself, for example, by registering, activating, or redeeming a voucher code. Registering a hotel voucher code initiates the provision of the service, and the right of withdrawal expires prematurely!
